What we are about:

The Society for the Opposition of Allegiance to Religion or S.O.A.R. is an organization focused on informing people about the flaws of religion and helping them to realize that all religion does is limit your thoughts and beliefs by telling you what to believe.

We are not a satanic group and are not focused on hate of any kind towards religion. We do believe that everyone should believe in something, and we think that believing in what you want is more important than letting someone preach to you.

We do not want to be labeled as a religion but only as a group, anyone who decides to follow our views is welcome to but we do not want to force anyone to do so with promises of some kind of reward like many religions do. We only speak the truth and the truth is that you should believe in only what you want to believe in.

We do not assign a religious symbol for the organization like a god, instead we let you choose who you want to worship if anything.

There are only a few rules to this society.

• You should not harm other innocent human beings.
• You should not preach to others or put down what they believe in.
• If it feels right and does not harm another human being or yourself, physically or mentally, by all means; do it.
• Try to avoid violence at all costs.

What our purpose/goal is:

Our goal is to help people realize that they don’t need a preacher to tell them if they are right or wrong, good or bad, and so on. We only hope to help more people open their minds and think for themselves and when they do the world will be a much better place. Our idea has been around longer than you might think, many people have rebelled against religion but the idea of letting it out in the open is a relatively new one. If we can help just one person realize they are better off without religion, our goal has been reached.
